For paid services
The Refund Policy and one-on-one booking conditions remain available separately. General Conditions of Sale must also be supplied and accepted before payment.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website currently accessible at https://www.mblp.pro and https://mblp.pro (the "Site"), or by participating in any event, session or activity promoted on or accessible through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), which are governed by applicable Moroccan law, including Law No. 53-05 on the electronic exchange of legal data, Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection, and Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. These Terms govern your use of the Site and your participation in events and activities accessed through it.
The purchase of any services offered under the MBLP brand, including training courses and one-on-one sessions, is subject to MLP's separate General Conditions of Sale (Conditions Générales de Vente) (the “General Conditions of Sale”), which must be provided to users and accepted before any payment is made. The Refund Policy and the one-on-one booking conditions published on the Site form part of the General Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users of the Site and participants in events or activities promoted on or accessible through the Site.
2. About This Site
This Site is operated by Moroccan Legal Pulse SARLAU (“MLP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company with a single shareholder organised under the laws of Morocco, with its registered office at 147 Boulevard de la Résistance, Résidence AFA, Appartement 16, Casablanca, Morocco, registered with the Commercial Register of Casablanca under number 683615. MLP operates the Moroccan Business Law Port project (“MBLP”) as its legal-education brand. References in these Terms to “MBLP” are references to the brand, project and related services; references to “MLP” are references to the legal entity that owns and operates MBLP.
The Site provides information about MBLP training courses, one-on-one services and related activities for law students and young legal professionals. It allows users to register interest in future cohorts, book one-on-one sessions, subscribe to communications and contact us. The Site is not intended to constitute legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.
Any enrolment in or purchase of training courses, one-on-one sessions or other services offered under the MBLP brand shall be governed by the General Conditions of Sale referred to in Section 1 above.
3. User Forms
The Site contains the following forms through which users may submit information to MLP:
(a) Cohort Sign-Up Form. At present, users may register an expression of interest in a possible MBLP cohort by submitting the online sign-up form or emailing the designated enrolment address. All students and young legal professionals may express interest. The sign-up form collects your first name, last name, email address and whether you are a university student or young professional. First cohort dates are to be announced and applications are not yet open. Submitting an expression of interest does not constitute an application or admission, reserve a place, create a payment obligation or guarantee that a cohort will launch. If MLP decides to proceed, it will contact interested people with confirmed dates and conditions; only a separate personal offer and acceptance can lead to a place being confirmed. Exact payment deadlines will be confirmed in writing before any payment link is sent. No payment is requested for registering interest. By submitting the sign-up form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and you provide your explicit consent, in accordance with Law No. 09-08, to the collection and processing of the personal data submitted.
(b) One-on-One Booking Form. Users may request a one-on-one session (CV review or interview preparation) by submitting the online booking form. The booking form collects the selected service, preferred date and time, your first name, last name, email address, whether you are a university student or young professional, whether you are a Starter Pack participant, and optional free-text notes. Submitting a booking request does not itself confirm an appointment; confirmation and a separate payment link are sent by email, and the appointment is confirmed only once payment has cleared. By submitting the booking form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and you provide your explicit consent, in accordance with Law No. 09-08, to the collection and processing of the personal data submitted. The terms governing the provision of, payment for, cancellation and refund of one-on-one sessions are set out in the General Conditions of Sale.
(c) Contact Form. Users may submit general inquiries through the contact form. By submitting the contact form, you provide your explicit consent, in accordance with Law No. 09-08, to the collection and processing of the personal data you provide and to being contacted by MLP in response to your inquiry. Submission of the contact form does not create a contractual, professional, or client relationship of any kind.
For all forms, MLP may automatically collect technical information, including a one-way hash of your IP address, your browser user-agent string and the time of submission, for the purposes of fraud prevention and system security. MLP does not use this information to identify you personally. Rate-limiting and anti-spam measures are applied to form submissions. For the sign-up and booking forms, MLP also records the version of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy that you accepted and the time of acceptance.

7. Events and Live Sessions
MLP may from time to time organise live online sessions, workshops, webinars, community events or other activities in connection with MBLP services (each, an “Event”). Events may be promoted on the Site, through third-party event platforms, or by any other means. Where registration for an Event is conducted through the Site, through a link provided by MLP, or where the Event description states that these Terms apply, these Terms shall govern your participation in that Event.
By registering for or attending an Event, you agree to:

- Not record, capture, screenshot or otherwise reproduce any part of a live session or Event without the prior written consent of MLP;

- Conduct yourself in a professional, courteous and respectful manner towards all other participants, instructors and staff.
MLP reserves the right to exclude any participant from an Event, session or community group at its discretion where that participant’s conduct is, in MLP’s reasonable opinion, disruptive, offensive, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.
8. Minimum Age

9. Disclaimers
The Site, its content, and any events, sessions or activities promoted on or accessible through the Site are provided for informational and educational purposes only. While MLP endeavours to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information presented on the Site, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness, or reliability. MLP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, any event, or any part thereof at any time, subject to applicable provisions of Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection and to the terms of the General Conditions of Sale where they apply. Nothing in this clause shall be construed as excluding or limiting any rights that users may have under mandatory provisions of Moroccan law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Moroccan law, MLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, its content, or any event, session or activity promoted on or accessible through the Site, or arising from your use of any third-party platform in connection with MBLP services. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the liability of MLP for damages arising from gross negligence (faute lourde) or wilful misconduct (dol), or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Dahir formant Code des Obligations et des Contrats or other mandatory provisions of Moroccan law.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Certain MBLP services, events and sessions are delivered through third-party platforms, including Microsoft Teams. Your use of any such platform is subject to that platform’s own terms of service and privacy policy, which MLP does not control. MLP is not responsible for the availability, functionality, data-handling practices, or security of any third-party platform. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary accounts, software, hardware and internet connectivity required to access sessions delivered through third-party platforms.

We encourage you to review this page periodically.
15. Data Retention
MLP retains personal data collected through the Site for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any applicable legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. The applicable retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy.
On expiry of the applicable retention period, MLP will delete or anonymise the data in question unless retention is required by applicable law. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
17. Purchase of Services
The Site provides information regarding training courses, one-on-one sessions and other services offered under the MBLP brand. If you exercise this right, MLP will refund the total amount you have paid no later than fifteen (15) days from the date on which you exercised it. However, in accordance with Law No. 31-08, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, and no refund is due under this paragraph, where the provision of the services has begun, with your agreement, before the end of that seven-day period, in particular where you have attended any class, session or other part of the services. Outside the seven-day period, or where the right of withdrawal does not apply, the withdrawal and refund terms set out in the General Conditions of Sale (including the Refund Policy) apply.
