Moroccan Business Law Port
Your port of entry to Moroccan business law.
MBLP delivers cohort-based legal education for the next generation of Moroccan lawyers. We teach the practical craft that turns a law student into a young professional, and a young professional into a career lawyer.
First cohort dates are to be announced. Applications are not yet open, but students and young legal professionals can register interest. No place is confirmed and no payment is requested.
Proposed first-cohort Starter Pack — Corporate Law 101, Commercial Awareness Sessions and the Business Contracts Crash Course, one bundled price for all three: MAD 4,000 for students and MAD 5,000 for young professionals (VAT included). Proposed introductory first-cohort pricing. The Starter Pack will not stay at this price — fees rise for later cohorts if launched.

For students entering law firms
Law Firm Readiness — Soft skills, research and drafting
The soft skills nobody teaches at university: proofreading, saying what you know (and don't), owning your work, and doing proper research.
We're not here to replace your university
Moroccan Business Law Port (MBLP) sits alongside your degree and gets you ready for the bit no one really teaches — the actual work.
That means small cohorts, honest feedback, and the kind of practical drills that turn "I studied this" into "I can do this on Monday morning."
Affordable access, premium standard
High-quality preparation kept within reach.
20 per cohort
Small enough that your instructor knows your work.

Named instructor for every course — no faceless platform.

Real tasks, not lectures dressed as exercises.

Edward Noakes
Founder & Instructor, MBLP
Edward founded the Moroccan Business Law Port (MBLP) to share the practical know-how that too often gets picked up by chance in a first job. He is not a veteran lawyer with decades on the clock, but he has been in and around law firms long enough to guide a good number of interns and law students — and to notice the same gaps between university and the workplace, again and again. MBLP is his way of helping the next intake arrive a little sharper, a little more confident, and ready to take on real work from day one.
Edward is slated to lead the proposed first cohort of Corporate Law 101, if it goes ahead. He is not a veteran with thirty years on the clock — and Moroccan Business Law Port (MBLP) doesn't pretend otherwise. He has, however, spent enough time in and around firms to guide a good number of interns and law students, and to see the same first-job gaps come up again and again. As MBLP grows, new instructors will join to lead new courses.
